Regular check-in is from 5:00 pm to 0:00 am. During the off-season, check-in and check-out times are flexible. Our partner Resort Choice handles check-in and out. Contact us to coordinate times.
Check-out is by 11 a.m. on the day of departure. Want to leave later? Please contact us for late check-out.
Resort Choice is our partner for on-site service. You will receive a 24/7 service number after your booking is processed. The team is available via phone and what’s app during your stay.
The main tenant of the villa must have a minimum age of 30 years, children at least 12 years old.
The minimum number of nights’ stay is 4. In high season, the minimum number of nights is 6.
Our cancellation policy covers the rental or overnight rate. Additional costs (e.g. final cleaning, residence tax, laundry set) will not be charged in case of cancellation.
The minimum age to book our villa is 30 years or older. For safety reasons, the minimum age of children is 12. We rent to families, families or couples.
To make the booking final, 10% of the travel price will be charged at the time of booking. The balance must be in our account no later than 30 days before arrival. During the booking process, you can choose the payment method.
Pets are welcome after prior consultation.
Before arrival, you will receive a link to a special area with a complete explanation of all appliances and amenities in the villa. Should you have any questions during your stay, just send us a message.

After you make a reservation we will process your details and you will receive a confirmation after the 10% deposit.
We rent the villa to a maximum of 6 people. The rental rate does not depend on the number of people during the stay
Our partner Resort Choice will provide transfer of the key or you will receive a code that allows you to access the property.
General terms and conditions apply to all bookings.
The deposit is €500 per booking. It can be paid by credit card (3 days before arrival) or by bank transfer. The deposit will be returned no later than 5 days after departure.
